95% Mortgage Advice

Just wondering if anyone can help I have been looking on the internet at properties for sale and one i was looking at said ' 95% MORTGAGES ARE AVAILABLE ON THIS PROPERTY' who would these be with the property is 130K and I am keen as i dont have enough for a 10% deposit along with all the extra costs of buying any help would be appreciated

    have just called they said the property is a reposesion and the mortgage would be through the repo company??

    If you don't have enough cash to even lay down a decent deposit how do you plan to 'update' or will you live in it for a while until you save for the works. Bear in mind, updating can mean a LOT of work which has a great cost.......

    thank you for all your assistance and opinions has made me put extra thought into everything! and i am going into this with my eyes Wide Open! the issue i face is either pay 750 rent and not get anthing back or 795 and end up with something at the end!
