Special Instruction date of credit report

Sorry...two questions on one day!!!

Can someone please explain to me what impact "Special Instruction Start Date" has on a credit report....it's nearly 4 years after the default date!
June 2012 Clydesdale Loan=[STRIKE]£12620[/STRIKE]£1246.47- (only 5 payments left but just received £3955 back from it for PPI!!!)

Hi, normally special instruction start date and end date as my example of when i have agreed and "Arrangement to Pay" as opposed to paying normal contractual payments.

I had one also on an overdraft with Lloyds that i had to clear and while i was clearing it it was showing as a Special Instruction start date and once cleared it ended and then my payments on my credit file went from AP to nice Green O's.

By the way, this start and end date appear to stay on the report, mine were from years ago but still shows.

Impact - im not 100% sure as its so long ago i cant see it making much of a different, ie i had 2 defaults paid in full which were 4 years old on my file and mbna still gave me a card for 5k (BTW wish they hadnt now :( )
