Finally got my points a couple of weeks ago after e mailing the following:
Helpline@nectar.com

They e mailed me back asking for some details and then credited the points under "goodwill"

However they haven't got back re the 1000 missing debenhams points...... what a surprise

Did this one a while back , no points added , so had to ring nectar and they put them on for me, even tho Ford didnt put them on by the date they should have. well done nectar!!
