Early Discharge

Hi all you lovely people....

I received a letter from the OR informing me I had been given ED on 22nd Feb so I thought I'd give a timeline of the process on here. This is not to say that this is how is happens with everyone (far from it unfortunately), but it seems to be what many people are interested in knowing.

IPOQ was sent on 5th January, I completed and returned this the same day.

On 14th January the letter informing creditors of the ORs intention to apply to court for early discharge was sent out. I was sent a copy of this.

On 22nd February the court sealed form 6.82 and I was discharged from bankruptcy.

Today I was sent a letter informing me of my ED and a copy of form 6.82 stamped by the court.

I went Bankrupt on 9th September last year so I was bankrupt for 5 months 13 days.

Good luck to everyone still going through or yet to go through the process of BR. And a great big thank you once again to all those of you who give up your time to help.

Well done. Hope you dont mind me asking but you seem to have got a very quick discharge there. Presume your case was very straight forward?
