self cert buy to let

Options
I want a buy to let mortgage but cannot prove my income. The mortgage will be less than 75% ltv so the rent will comfortably cover the mortgage payments. I have seen some good buy to let rates but many of these lenders insist on seeing payslips. Which lenders just look at the rental income and will not mind if I am not in employment?

I am a broker with access to many buy to let products, and a lot of them will accep your application without proof of income. most lenders will want you to have a job though, unless you have a very large portfolio of buy to lets
