Where do you recommend for the best BTL mortgage offers?

Hi all,

I'm currently on a SVR on my buy-to-let mortgage. My profit margin is very thin, and I'd therefore like to shield myself from rate rises.

Does anyone know of any good deals out there? Or a good (no fee) broker to try?

My details are:

BTL value: £155,000-160,000
Mortage amount: £123,000
Current deal: SVR from Skipton. 4.95% (interest only)
Current payments per month: £500 p/m
Rent acheived from the property: £700-£750 p/m

Thanks very much in advance!

At that loan to value (80%) you will not be able to remortgage. There simply are no mortgages available.

Use the "profit" to start repaying the mortgage.

The best way of paying less interest is to reduce debt owed.
