Wow! I just phoned them and the settlement value is approx €1460 less than the current total outstanding - in other words I currently owe14260, but would only have to pay up 12700 if I pay up now! That's really excellent news! Now I just have to find out how to get the inheritance converted from STG to Euro at a decent rate and I'm laughing!
