Natwest Online Banking - Mortgage Account

Hi All,
I've recently started a new mortgage with Natwest and I presumed I'd be able to see the account via online banking. I phoned the Mortgage helpdesk who said I should be able to but I'd need to speak to the Online Banking helpdesk, who subsequently informed me it wasn't possible.
Does anyone have any experience of viewing their mortgage account/balance online with Natwest and, if so, how did you get it working?!

I was told this too but don't actually have an account with Natwest, only mortgage. Would like to know and subsequently will take up a new account if possible!0
