My hubby took my winning printout today for a full size box but he didn't have a clue and came home with a sample box as that's what they gave him... he didn't know any different... at least I won't be having as many calories this way...
This happened to my DH today. As the stupid assistant just binned the voucher I've printed off another one and am going in tomorrow to get my FULL box. This was the same assistant that refused to take the voucher actually meant for the free sample box . Incompetent staff wind me up.
So when you take your vouchers in make sure you get the full size 200g box and not the sample size.
