Hi all
I have had my minimum payment to them agreed, had a very nice letter saying how there are many people like me and that they agree to my request?
Is this normal for them to be so nice or is this the cal before the ' We need more money from you' ranting starts.
Anyone have any experience with DLC?

Hi, is this Direct & Legal Collections in Brackley - I have just started to deal with them in relation to a CitiCards debt and am having a bit of trouble as their initial letter said they would honour any agreement I had made with Citicard which I told them about but this only constitutes 1% of the balance and they told me the min they will accept is 3% - have you offered them more than this ?
