Good luck for the interview Gonzo - what's it for?

Morning to the rest of you...

When will this cold weather end...bored of it now.

Dr's this morning for DH - had to wait flipping ages and then nealy half an hour in the pharmacy...just got out the door and there was a "thunk" and DH's new wheel chair broke. I'm so utterly peeved by these ruddy chairs...this one was delivered 14 days ago today and he's used it 4 times. Waiting for a call back from the company concerned about a refund. Chased the NHS chair yet again ....it's just one long round of naffy naff stuff. Getting home wasn't easy!!

Feeling a bit sniffy and snotty and sore throaty too so going to spend the rest of the day feeling very sorry for myself and watching dvds from under a duvet. (well...after i've sorted the washing out, got lunch and tea ready, run the hoover round and got DH back to bed) :D

Hey Pooky, well in typical NHS fasion it has a wonderful none descript name of placements officer, basically i will be organising the placement of and sorting out funding for children who need specialised care that can not be provided within out local area (if i get it of course)

Which roughly translates into 1 hour fumbling, 20 mins serious, then a decent wait for resurrection repeat once and pass out knackered

Oh, forgot to tell you, it looks like my VERY BESTEST BEST friend (in Canada) is coming down to see me as well when we are in Florida! :) Her husband is flying her down as a surprise for her 40th. Chuffed chuffed and CHUFFED!

Still not heard, I guess this is bad news then...
