I was facilitating a course for dental nurses at a hotel today, we all trekked down for lunch at 12.15 and surveyed the large array of salads, cooked meats and hot meals.
I moved along the line...
1) vegetable curry and rice - Hmm, ok but i need meat
2) beef stroganoff - again, nice but I had that last week when we were there
3) a large metal tray that obviously contained fish in some kind of yellowish creamy sauce. I asked what it was and was told "It's haddock in Veronica sauce!"
"I'm sorry, what sauce now?" I said
"Errrrr, I don't know." came the young serving wench's reply
So quite what Veronica did that warranted her being made into sauce we never fathomed, either that or she has a prolific yeast infection and they made use of it
It was very nice anyway!

Right, I'm off to do some studying.
Have a great night everyone.

I know Beanie, but i've never had to deal with pain like this before, yes i have cp and a back injury but i learn't to live with that and still managed to get on with things, but this trapped nerve in my back is a killer, and the pain in my hip i cannot get used to.Boiler pot £30.92/£10000 -
