    Too true Ames - the powers of us DFW posititve thoughts is scary.

    Elfen - I do the hot pants work out DVD I love it. I've also got the Dirty Dancing work out one, that I really can't get on with. I;d be more than happy to post it to you.

    sammy, is the jillian micheals thing all hi-impact? cos I'm having trouble with that ATM....although I walked up the hill from the station without getting out of breath AND up 8 flights of stairs.
