Did anyone get there Nano's?

I got charged for 2 - received 1!!!
I have been given a refund after 1hr on the 'customer service' line!

Does taking the money constitute an agreement of some sort?

Funny you should say that - I ordered 2 packs in separate orders, got sent 1 set of speakers so 30 mins on CS line. They said theyw ould send 2 more packs (nano + speakers) out and would collect the speakers I had. Guess what? City Link man arrived with 2 nanos and ONE set of speakers but wouldn't leave them unless I GAVE HIM the speakers as they had agreed with carphonewarehouse!! Logged a complaint on Friday and they said they would ring me back. Guess what? Yes, right first time, no call back. Useless company IMO, and I'm now so glad I resisted the temptation to go with the free BB offer...

I ordered mine last week and got both as stated except that the account name was that of my uncle's who lives at the same address as i do. They must have muddled up the A/Cs but a quick call to CS sorted the problem. Still havent received the invoice though. Otherwise very satisfied with purchase!
