Having a panic about BM dresses! Can anyone help?

Ok, deep breath or I might scream!
When we went shopping for my dress last year we decided on hot pink for the bridesmaids dresses and have built the colour scheme for the wedding around that. However, we now can't find any dresses in the right colour that come in on budget. Have found one or two in coast but can't afford their prices. We have found some GORGEOUS ones on the Landy site but I have two BM's, one of whom is doing the Cambridge diet and losing weight at a scary speed, the other has a 6 week old baby and is not at her preferred weight for the wedding either, so we can't even do measurements yet! How late is too late if we decide to go for Landy?
Or do any of you lovely gogglers have any ideas?
I'm seriously getting worried I won't have any dresses for them!!!!
Sorry for the rant!

right breathe, don't panic, if all else fails and you can't find any then go for a plain colour and get thick hot pink saches to tye around the waists..... will start looking for you though, what's your max budget?Joined Slimming World 19th May 2009

omg why did I not think of that?! That would be a great back up plan thank you!
Well the cheaper the better really. One BM wants to pay for her own dress which is lovely of her but I know that the other is not in a position to do so with a new baby. Preferably no more than £80 per dress:love:Married the man of my dreams on 12/06/100 -

You can go 'soft' pink to blend with the hot pink, which will look fab!

Hot pink, also £50 and most sizes, from same shop!:rotfl:Ahahah got my signature removed for claiming MSE thought it was too boring :rotfl:0 -
That would be perfect without the roses. But almost all sizes are OOS...typical!
I am trying soooo hard to believe it will all work out:love:Married the man of my dreams on 12/06/100 -
