i open a current account with the halifax but i keep our old cash card account which there was still money going in to each week but our wages there going into the current account.so the money that was going into the cash card account would cover the direct debit. but we started to get lettrs of bank charges so a couple a weeks ago i went to the bank and they had told me my cash card had been cloned and it been used to pay for things off the internet. this as go on for twelve month.so i got in touch with the fraud people at the bank and they told me i would get it all back. so i marked all the unknown payment going out of the account. then we got a letter back saying they were not going to do anything because i did check the bank statement. all i checked on the bank that all the direct debit goy paid because i did not use the card that often to pay for things.so can you help use please we dont know what to do. because we have had bank charges and also charges to pay on our loan because there was not enough money in bank.
