What's the deal?

Free cash for clubcard holders! WHSmith are offering 250 bonus points (worth £2.50) when you spend £3 or more in store, available to all Clubcard customers.

How to get the free cash

You need to be a clubcard holder and be signed up to their clubcard distribution list. Click here to register for a clubcard online. To sign up to the distribution list send an email to clubcard@whsmith.co.uk with your name, address, Clubcard number and email address. Click here to print your voucher.

You can also earn 1 point for every £1 spent online or instore though points can't be redeemed online.

Any snags?

The voucher can't be used in airports, stations or other outlets. Voucher valid in store before 31 July. WHSmith have confirmed this is open to all Clubcard customers.

Points can't be redeemed on gift vouchers, charity products, stamps, National Lottery products, phonecards, book tokens, theatre tokens, tobacco or cigarettes.

Thanks FL. This one is even better value than their usual spend £5 and get 250 points, which is just as well as I only buy things at WH Smiths like magazines which are the same price everywhere, the prices they charge for stationery are outrageous! They do have good sale reductions though,, and I see you can use this voucher on reduced goods..

btw, they DO monitor if you use these voucher's more than once, as when I used one about 10 times previously, they emailed me to tell me off.

Used them fine in mainstream, high street branches,one in the city of London business area wouldn't take them. It is best to only print off one and use it though.

Is WHSmith Clubcard the same as Tesco Clubcard? I wouldn't have thought it was except the link from FL's original post for signing up for a Clubcard takes you to Tesco. Is that a mistake?

Please help because I would love a WHSmith voucher.
