I know crackers are for christmas but, we I would like to make a large one for a couple celebrating the above anniversary.
Firstly does this sound a nice idea?
Secondly its usually loo rolls that are used to make crackers - what could i use to make this larger than usual?
Thirdly what can I put in it? I thought lots of silver glitter and thats about it lol

Hi lucylema
How about:-
A handmade bracelet using swarovski bicones in clear ab
Some thorntons chocolates - in teeny boxes
a lottery ticket
little champagne flute bubbles
some seeds to grow a small tree/plant etc
a love poem in a mini frame
mini votive candles in silver or white

How about some slips of fancy paper with memories of good things that happened around the time of the wedding and perhaps things like notable events of the year of the marriage. You could also put in some small photographs of the wedding and other happy events through their life and perhaps some photographs of family members.
What about using a tube from things like cheesy biscuits, cheese foootballs etc for the middle, they are usually made of stiff cardboard.? You would have to cut one end off and perhaps tape two together.
I think it is a lovely idea.0 -
Home Bargains have a pack of 4 bottle stoppers which have a large "diamond" on them0
