please ignore this posting. I accidentally put it on this forum by mistake. I've now put it on "living with bankruptcy"

If we may ask, what is the unsecured debt? Is it one loan, or lots of small items? Sometimes people have very good ideas about how to tart your credit cards to make them work.

Other than the groceries and the holidays, I can't see how you could save much more. Have you checked https://www.entitledto.com to make sure you have claimed all you can?

    Good luck x

    Hi Bargain Betty.
Sorry....my post seems to be getting misunderstood. My fault entirely for accidentally putting it on the wrong forum. I'm in the process of going bankrupt so tarting isn't going to help. Too far down the line. The official receiver takes a totally different viewpoint to SOA's. Creditors want their pound of flesh..thats why so many IVA's fail. The OR is a little more realistic. The OR doesn't expect the spartan lifestyle of reply No.1.
    All the best!
