Application for redetermination Please Help

Please could someone advise me I am very worried. I took out a loan with a well know supermarket I had never missed a payment until I became a victim of the recession and faced with no job, i have been getting by with temp low paid work. Due to the debt I was in I contacted CCCS who advised me to offer a token payment until things improved. I did this and was soon taken to court by them a CCJ, the judge increased the offer by £11 per month !. I have paid this regularly as told for the last 6 months and thought it was dealt with whilst I continue to try and increase my work. I have now received an 'Application for redetermination' I am terrified about going to court and have no idea what to do? I have been on the various sites over the last few days and have seen some people recommend I send all my details to the court now and ask for this to be attached to the case, showing my I&E and receipts for payments made since the last court hearing. Is is right to do and should I send a copy to the company acting on behalf of the supermarket? (I ncasso) PLEASE if any one has any advice on what to do and what to expect I would be eternally grateful. the debt due to charges is now £5100 Thank you
