I know I have to provide the CSA letters for the HB/CTB people but if you've got an informal agreement then they'll have to take your word for it wont they :D

  • Pooky, I think most teenagers go through the 'black phase' and I'm sure she will grow out of it soon. My poor gran once knitted me a black cardie, I swear she's still cursing me from the grave.

Claire - don't worry about it.

My OH nephew wants to be Martha from DR Who when he grows up, has Boyzone and West Life on his ipod and is always assisting his mum in what clothes to wear or buy. He;s only 6!!

I would start with the ctc Sal, doesn't that lead on to the HB....

Yes it does...just know that they take for ever to send new award notice out. If I phone up HB they will stop money straight away, guess there isn't much I can do. Just hope CTC/WTC peeps might be having a good day and get on and do it asap :rotfl:

From April a PWC can keep all of the child maintenance without it affecting any benefits.

Sal-when DH and were split up he paid for part of the kids childminding bill instead of money to me which as far as I was concerned was great. Mind you, I never had any issues with my DH at all then-he was ready to hand me £25k in cash (thank FOOK I never took it! It would have been gone with nothing to show for it except no debt on my part)

Sally, whose name is the HB claim in? If it's in yours then the claim shouldn't stop. When I threw ex out I phoned income support, they sent the form out and it was recalculated and they told HB. It should just need to be recalculated rather than stop and a new claim be submitted.
