Tesco clubcard points just gone down to zero on line

I presume this means today was the cut of point for sending them out next month (when I rang them I was told it was tomorrow).
Has anybody elses's gone down to zero already?

Hi Felicity
This happened to me about 6 months ago. I rang up and was told it was a known fault.
The solution was to log in as normal, go to home page and scroll down to the bottom where there is a link to your clubcard points.
Click this and they should still be there.
