hi guys, i am 23 and brother is 20 we are both working in the family business as non share holders. mom and dad are moving abroad and have a mortgage on a property for 275k and is worth around 450k they are willing to gift the equity which is all fine but how difficult would it be as we are young to get a mortgage for 275 over 25 years preferabbly repayment on a property worth 450, and what is the sallery that the mortgage companys look for, thanx in advance.
