'Abbey' customer loyalty payment?

Hi all - I was in my local Abbey (Santander) yesterday and overheard two employees discussing the loyalty payment that all customers will receive if they've been with the bank for 5 years or more.........Payment stated was £50 cashback for each customer. Has anybody else heard or read anything about this? Have looked on their website, but there's no info.

Hmm interesting, have had an account since i was a kid, so being 23 i should qualify. After all the times they've messed me around £50 would be nice
