    If there's going to be a seperate feed for an audio podcast, then you could have a player on the front page, or just the email page.

    Then newbies could immediately hear the Mutterings - I think that would be a great introduction to the site :)

    Here's one - though obviously you'd set it so it doesn't play automatically.
    There are lots of different feedplayers out there that come in all shapes and sizes.

    Absolutely no maintenance required since it updates when your feed does :D
