Thanks, I called too and it worked fine. The only odd bit was she said it should arrive by next Wednesday, though the order code said it was for free next day delivery. So now I don't know when to be in. Do wish they used Royal Mail, I hate courier deliveries.

Has anyone gotten theirs yet? The lady on the phone was right; it sure isn't next day shipping for me! She said it will be in sometime before Wednesday. What do they do if you're not in when the delivery comes?

I received mine on Thursday which was the next day delivery option (order placed Tuesday evening). It arrived dented so I emailed them to ask what they could do, the email was answered within half an hour and a replacement sent out! Great customers service. The replacement is on a standard delivery though.

they chuck the parcel over the fence into your back garden .... it's in a jiffy bag, but mine's still dented. I'm using it for myself so I don't mind dents in the tin.

It's not possible to do that here, I'm in flats -- there's a gate out front that requires a passcode, there are several buildings inside and each building has a locked front door that requires them to call me to get in, so if I'm not in they ain't getting anywhere near my flat. So I'm hoping they leave a note? I think now I should've told the lady on the phone it was free NEXT day delivery, I told her the code was for next day delivery and doubt she paid attention to what it did.
