As above, they will accept a reasonable plan to pay over time and then if things improve for you make them an offer to settle at a reduced rate.

The worst part is the current stream of phone calls from some "Account Manager" at PTP reading from a script and sitting in a cubicle in the !!!! end of nowhere, USA/Canada/Ireland.... Which is where you are currently at.

Clarity did get in touch with & so far have been more than helpful & understanding. I have about £100 left to pay & im hoping to get this paid off in full at the end of this month..

QQ have been more than unhelpful, rude , arrogant , patronising etc and mackenzie hall are not that much better. They are still asking for £129 per month in order to clear the balance. They are unwilling to accept my offer of £75 per month as well so i have been making token payments to them of £75 for the past 2 months on my pre paid card.
I keep getting threats of court action which so far have amounted to nothing... i am happy for them to take me to court really. Not sure a judge would look to favourably on a company who won't accept a reasonable offer.

Pinksparkle - i have nothing showing on my credit report for either QQ or poundstilpayday.
