buy to let with 15% deposit - chances?

Does anybody know what the chances are of getting a buy-to -let mortgage with 15% deposit? Already have a house and am thinking of getting another one as buy to let.

Thanks

    Almost nil.

Although in my searches I thought I saw one 85% LTV, the fees for which was horrific.

Realistically, you should look at 65-70%. There are 75% deals, but they are costly.

I actually saw it elsewhere.....but it was in the depths of my searches, I didn't take note as I wasn't interested....

But a quick google throws up this lead....

Thats ringing bells. I wasn't interested because I didn't qualify!
