Aaaaargh I HATE Halifax

Well, I eventually came clean to them last week about Payplan, I was helpful, polite, told them the absolute truth and they seemed fine. I also told them that they're not to phone anymore and everything is to go through Payplan (as instructed).

So what happens??

Yup, about 15 calls a day from 8am - 9pm from them over the weekend. So I decided to tell the woman again today politely that I've explained everything and I'm now losing my patience and going to change numbers.

So she goes 'Well that's not going to help'
And I say 'It will stop you calling me 15 times a day'
She says 'We don't, we can only call you 5 times a day'

So I got her - 'Are you calling me a liar??'

Ggggggrrrrrrr, I hate hate hate jobsworths like this... I can't believe some people, if I as as bad as my job as the Halifax are at theirs then I'd have been sacked a long time ago

They did the same, kept going for 6 months. After 3 months I stopped paying them altogether and demanded to be passed to a DCA. Change your number and never phone them as soon as you do they grab the number and start phoning again.
