GAH! Dishwasher has turned yellow

Hello all!

I wonder if you could help. I used a new dishwasher product exactly to the instructions this week and when I opened my dishwasher today all the white stuff in my dishwasher has turned yellow!!!

What can i do to clean if off? It looks like highlighter pen :( I have emailed the company too so hope they have an idea!

NO idea what has happened! I don't think I will ever use this one again!

  • If you have some tomato sauce residue on one of your items and it impregnates your plastic with a tinge due to the heat. I'm yet to find anything to shift that....

Yellow crocks is a new one... have you tried soaking it in bleach?
    Or bicarb, salt and vinegar?

Is it the first time you've used the product? If you've been using it all week and it's only just discoloured the dishwasher today I'd be inclined to think it was maybe something else.

I hope it cleans up for you, if not I'd expect the company to do something. What product is it?

OMG that sounds awful, please let us know the name of the product so we can all avoid it lol! I hate it when I open the DW door and stuff has not cleaned properly, but this would really irritate me!
