Hi Everyone!
I know you lot are probably biased but...I have to admit I haven't yet bought a copy of Martin's Money Diet book. Do you think there will be much information in there that I don't know already? I know all about APRs and Savings accounts and I believe I have cut down as much as possible, do you think I could benefit further from this book? What kind of information is in it?

I would say some of the stuff is the same... however, because of its layout the book enables you to really go through stage by stage each area of your debt. It really made me feel like i could be thorough. This site is great but it is easy to get side tracked by a different thread or link. I'd definately say grab the book... a few pounds very well spent.julybride

Well the money saving way would be to borrow it off some friends first or from the library. As stated above it contains all the different advice from the website about changing bank accounts/gas and electricity supplier/ getting cheap phone calls all in one place (well the first edition did anyway and I can't imagine it's changed very much). Why not have a quick browse in a book shop to see what you think?Making my money go further with MSE :j
