Bloody Libertarians, Imagine the Mess if they Ran Government

  • Ron Paul is definitely not the norm .
I did wonder how he managed to get voted in, apparently he is a serving doctor in his state and delivers many babies, alot more practical then usual baby kissing but similar I guess

If you are a fan of his honest politics then you might be glad to hear his son looks to be making a very viable attempt on a senate seat if I heard right. He is also a doctor

Also there is Peter Schiff running for senate who served as economics adviser to Ron Paul's presidency campaign but I dont think he'll be as successful as he is a money manager its not going to be viewed so positively, fair or not he'll be seen as the enemy I guess

It's rather more easy to be libertarian until you experience the loss or harm of someone whose own personal humanity is denied them by the greed, selfishness or cruelty of another.

But most abuse, cruelty, killing etc is carried out by nation states at the behest of crooked, unelected leaders. Without the support of the people they are supposed to represent.
Yet they say it is to "protect" us as a nation.

Our so-called democracy is a sham. Politics has been hijacked by big business and financed by a crooked financial system.

Small government and sound money is our only hope for a sustainable future.

It also requires a massive reduction in population. And that means more people dying than are being born.

Libertarianism, which I am fully aware is either distrusted or despised by the majority, isn't about people going round doing whatever the hell they want.

I still believe in laws and justice and all that stuff. I just think that Governments are very good at what they do and are, by definition, corrupt and inefficient so it is desirable to have as little of it as possible.

Librarianism, on the other hand, would be much loved by the majority, as it would involve a political system in which we got the public's books in order.

Don't disagree with you here. Government interferes in every paltry little aspect of our lives, mostly doing no good and making our very existence even harder and even more expensive.

And fines would be of the order of a few pence which would please the people who want to drive their cars as fast as they want at any place or time they deem fit.

Believe it or not, it is possible for people to get their library account in such a state that their fines run into the low hundreds of pounds . Makes a speeding fine look positively cheap.
