Supaperfume non existant customer service

Has anyone else had a problem with Supaperfume. I ordered a Givenchy gift set in November 2009. They charged my credit card straight away but after 3 weeks I still hadn't received my order. I emailed them and they replied saying they were awaiting stock. I thought it was against the law to take payment when they haven't got the goods to send you. After another 2 weeks I received a parcel but it contained the wrong fragrance. I spent 4 hours trying to get through to customer service and was told they couldn't send out the right fragrance until I returned the wrong stuff. It cost me £3.45 to return the parcel and they said they would refund my postage. I heard nothing until just before Christmas when they emailed me to say they couldn't supply the goods I'd ordered and I should choose an alternative fragrance. I told them it was a Christmas gift and I didn't want anything else. In January they finally refunded my credit card but will not refund the £3.45 postage for the returned goods. I keep emailing them but they keep fobbing me off. What can I do? any suggestions would be appreciated. In the meantime I'd like to warn you all not to buy anything from them.
