Xbox 360 Premium Plus 2 Games £199 (misprice Surely?) [CLOSED]

Just seen this one from sselectrical and it seems too good to be true.Xbox premium and 2 games kameo and project gotham 3.Googled the retailer and they seem very reliable. The only thing i would say is it does not say anywhere in print it is premium but the picture clearly shows this and it talks about the harddrive which is not included in the core edition. So any hassles send it straight back at there expense under distance selling regs as it has been incorrectly described.Ive ordered one and had confirmation email so fingers crossed.

The links brings up the retailer then type xbox into the search and bobs your uncle!

Just called them and asked if the Xbox 360 on the website that comes with two games for £199 also comes with the hard drive. The guy said "Yep" but then immediately said "Hold on I'll just check". He then came back and answered in the negative. :(

Wouldn't bother ordering unless you're happy with the Core model or going through the hassle of returning it..

    Sorry urbanlegend!

Yep, now advertised as a 360 Core. Nice to know they sort errors out quickly.

urbanlegend, you may well have grabbed a bargain if you hadnt posted on here :(
A screen dump of what you ordered, and a 2day wait. You would have got your premium.
    Shame :(

Highly doubt that - he would have got a Core and a load of grief returning it. Posting here made zero difference to what he would have got..

Not at all. The link stated Hard Drive, and also showed a pic with a hard drive.
If the item arrived minus the hard drive, then he/ she would be full entitled to receive 1. And she may well have been the only person to have done so, and would have therefore been 100 times more likely to get a good outcome as opposed to when 1000 MSE people do it.

I always think you probably stand a better chance of having a mis-price honoured if there are lots of people involved. Can't see the retailers being too bothered about one unhappy customer. 100 is a different matter.

I also didn't think this board was for people to point out to companies that their websites are incorrect.

Dont think so as i found this on another forum:rotfl: i agree with phil and matto unless i wanted to take them to the small claims court i doubt i would have got my deal.Besides they were very prompt to call me and apologise about the situation apparently they had 900 orders in 1 hour! and were really good at changing the details as soon as they found their error. Some of the larger retailers could learn from this.Sometimes its not just about saving money.

Er, nobody here did point out to the company that the website was incorrect...I simply called them and asked if the £199 deal came with a hard drive. When they said no I ended the call. Not sure what harm that is supposed to have done?

Maybe we should quiz one of the other 900 to see if they gave the game away eh?
