Just a quickie.. We are paying back pay to the CSA... which is great no worries a bit of money each month

Our case stopped last april when my s.son was done school and left he didn't do college etc.. Hes turning 17 in april and is thinking now of going into an apprenticeship

does this mean our CSA is going to start up again????

Depends how many hours at college he does with his apprenticeship and also are you still claiming child benefit for son .If it is day release i dont think that would qualify for the amount of hours they class as further education

If it's a normal apprenticeship then he will be paid a wage by the employer even when attending the college part of the course & therefore, there should be no CSA liability.
