DJ Equipment?? Whats Best??

Hi, my fiance hosts Karaoke and rents the equipment at a charge of 30% for each gig, so this year we are going to buy our own stuff. Can anyone recconmend good equiptment to buy and a good programme to run on the laptop as the one we are using is 'Hoster' and it cost £99 a year to use

The equipment we are currently using is;
Laptop with 500Gb HD running Hoster programme
Warrior Definitive Audio KT600 Amp
Studiomaster C3X Mixer
JTS Mh-950 Wireless Mic
Kam KWM 1940 Twin Wireless Mic's
Studiomaster VX15 Speakers

We like the Mic's but would like to have an Mixer with slider volume controls rather than twist ones like we have at the min.
We need 3 Mic inputs and 1 input from the computer.
I'v seen soom makes on the net like;

But dont know what are good quality and what are cheap and crappy??

Not sure on decent makes for speakers or amp either? The 300w RMS 4 Ohm speakers and 600w amp we'v got now are good enough but if anyone can recconmend any others please??
