If your loan to value is under 75% loan to value and you have a certified accountants projection letter leeds building society will likely do it. If you PM me your email address I will email you leeds building society lending criteria. this is not a recommendation.I am a Mortgage Adviser

Just a quick update on this - Chelsea have just come back to us and offered us a self cert mortgage at 5.24% so we're going to stay with them. Valuation Survey being instructed as I speak!
