Mandrake Associates - Endowment Complaint Delay

Hi there,
I've had 2 delay letters from Mandrake regarding my Endowment complaint and they say it could be "well into the year" before they can get back to me due to a huge backlog. Has anyone had any similar experience with this firm ?
