DLC Pink Postcard

Hi,
Last year in October I received a letter from DLC Collections saying I owed them 23,000 from my house getting repossed. GE Money were my mortgage lenders but they've obviously sold on my info. They did not inform me that they had sold the debt or were using DLC to do this. I sent them a reply saying that I didn't accept the debt etc.. and that they needed to send me relevant docs like the credit agreement and all docs concerning the sale. I received a reply saying that they would get back to me in due course. Today 5 months later I have received a pink postcard that so many people have received over the years asking me to contact they.
I would like to ask for opinions on what should be my next action.
Thanks in advance

I'm afraid Idon't know enough about this to advise. Though I would say do it all in writing.
I hope some-one can come along shortly to help and good luck

Ignore it.
If they have anything to say, or the information you asked for, then they should do it properly in writing.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

i agree with fermi on this one, i would expect if they had anything they could have followed through on they would have sent you the details when asked, to me this sounds like a speculative 'letter' hoping that you will slip up with something or just a basic system generated peice of carpDrop a brand challenge
on a £100 shop you might on average get 70 items save
10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)0 -
Ignore it, as above they haven't provided any information.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

I too would ignore it. The only thing to make sure of first is that you can lay your hands on your copy of the letter where you asked them to justify their claim.Ignore it.
