What to do with a £5 coin?

I have been kindly given a £5 coin but am completely at a loss as to where - if anywhere - I can spend/exchange this.

It is legal tender, so if you want to spend it, spend it. If any shops are uncertain, change it at a bank.(".)0

Yeah you can use it at most shops. Shouldnt be any problems. If your unsure, send it to me and Ill spend it
