csa - help please !!

Any comments greatfully recieved.

I am a NRP. My case has been dealt with clerically at Bolton and there have been constant problems with assessing my figures, was self employed. Although I have made some direct payments to ex, I know some arrears would have built up. I now have a nil liability due to being a full time student.

The CSA are finally working out what I owe and I hope to agree to pay it off in stages.

My question is, if I am on a nil liability does that effect the enforcement action they can take. I own a house and am worried they will put a charge on it.

Thanks

Don't think the nil liability will make any difference, if you owe arrears they will chas you, if you cannot pay within their 2 year target they will get a Liability Order, CCJ, and apply for interim carge on your property unless your arrears are small
