They've been phoning me about 8 times a day since Friday - although I've been ignoring them because I just wanted to enjoy my weekend with no hassle.
Anyway, I thought I would be 'nice' and ring them with an update to try and stop the phonecalls. The operator said 'no we don't have anything from CCCS'. Funny that when everyone else seems to have. Then she said 'oh there's a backlog of about 40'. So surely this isn't my fault then
. Oh but yes it is!!!
So because they haven't input the information regarding my DMP and SOA yet then I have to keep on receiving the phone calls until they do!!
OK rant over - feel better now!!:T

Unfortunately, when creditors don't get CCCS Proposals due to a backlog of correspondence, they have to treat the account the same as everyone elses as without the proposal they cannot confirm whether the account is just not being paid or whether there should be an arrangement in place.
You could speak to CCCS and see if someone could call them. Its unlikely that BoS will speak to them without the authority (included in the proposal) but its worth a shot.0 -
b4 i went on my hols RBS said exctly the same top me ( and i knew they had because they had sent me letters saying they would deal with payplan) so i got on the phone to payplan and when i returned from my hols RBS had sent me letters saying they would accept my DMP in 28 days

I would say they are just trying to stiong it out to rack up more interest and charges b4 they stop them alotogeter.
