It's the same as the Bank of England @ 4.50%. Why and where are you getting confused rates.

weller may mean their standard variable rate instead??0

BBBR is Barclays Bank Base Rate which is their historic term for Bank of England Repo rate and has the same value (4.5%)
Barclays SVR is currently 6.59%.0
