When did you buy the stamps as mine took over a week to arrive, maybe they got delayed in the post though even if it is from scotland, doubt account is suspended as they cant always have items for sale, if it has been over a week since you paid then contact them to let them though that unless you hear from them then you will open a dispute for non delivery, i always find just the mention of that gets a quick response from them good luck xx
