Sorry for bumping but though this might help someone. In the previous thread I posted a competition (which is still ongoing) which is a weekly where you had to send off for a lucky crisp and check the number published on it against ones posted the website each week: Here's the post

Just wanted to point out one of the winning numbers this week is 11254 which is just 2 higher than my lucky crisp so, as I sent off for my crisp after I posted, it might be fairly likely another MSE'r who sent off around the same time might have got this one as it's so close. It's only £30 and some crisps but hope this helps someone.

So do you just send off for the crisp once and check the numbers every week?? xx

Yep! You get sent a cardboard crisp with a number on it which you check against the ones on the website. They are not very consistant with when they change the numbers though, can be Monday, Thursday, Friday! I think they've forgotten a couple of times too!

There is a coupon in the magazine, but says written and photocopied entries are acceptable :D I have scanned so that you can:

    Download and print from HERE
    Or
just print from this webpage (without downloading) HERE

    Prizes are:
    • Rubiks cube & Rubiks cube mini (x20)
    • Mighty Beanz Collectors Case (x20) plus 2 extra lucky readers will find the Mighty Moose Mighty Bean inside their case (there are only 1000 of these in the UK).
    • Lego Technic sets (x3)
    • H.M. Armed Forces RAF Gunner doll (x25)
If you click on the links you can see them :)

If you want to write to enter, then (I'm guessing here) I would pop all the details that's on the coupon on a postcard or maybe piece of paper.

    Details as follows:

Name, age, address and the competition/s you want to enter (you can enter them all):

    Rubik's Cube
    Mighty Beanz
    LEGO Technic
    HM Forces

    and send to:

    Gimme, Gimme (08/05/10)
    The Beano
    PO Box 305
    London
    NW1 1TX

Also state if you don't want offers from them or third parties

    Good Luck ;)

There are a few puzzle/crossword/suduko etc books that are published by Lucky 7 which have a competition in. I am not sure of them all as I can't find a list anywhere.

I currently have May's edition of Crossword Collection, there is a prize of £1,500 and 5 runners-up prizes of £100. It is coupon entry only and you have to solve the whole crossword and send it off, the mag costs £2.10.
    It says in the T&Cs:
No Purchase necessary, but no photocopies allowed (don't know how that works!!!)
This competition is also being run in other current Seven Puzzles magazines. Each magazine gives you a chance to enter, but only one entry per magazine per household is allowed.

I may see how many there are, and if I can afford them all then I will get them all monthly and post the answers on here if people want me to?

I have June's issues of Crosswords which costs £1.80. The answer for that one is : ANSWERS :D
That is just a small coupon needing sending off.

Yeah hun, I understand, but thought as we are posting coupon entry only mags etc, that people may want to have a look at these and get them. They don't have to get them all or may want to, IYSWIM? I would just post when they're out, the price of & answers to each of the books, then people can decide if they want to buy and send one/all of them off xx
