I've been doing an experiment with my postie re boomerang postcards and think we have figured it out! It's the printed postcode! The machine reads it before the hand written address one so I now hand write my postcode. I've been doing it that way for 2 months now and NONE have come back.:j We tried everything else and still got returned ones.
