Has anyone successfully requested their samples?
I went yesterday to the Marylebone High Street store only to find out it doesn't exist!?!?!!!!!!!!!!

So looks like the only store could be the Covent Garden one? Unless that one is shut too...!?

i went to the covent garden store last night and the deal is on, although yesterday they only had shampoo samples left. they said that they would be getting more and i could come back if i wanted something different. i've just checked the website and it says that the marylebone store 'is moving' to the covent garden location, so i guess it's already moved. i'm so sorry you went there and it was shut! they really should have noted that on the voucher.

but the covent garden location is most certainly still up and running so please do visit! also, if you have a treatment this month, you'll get a £20 off voucher if you book another treatment within the next 2 months. not a bad deal!
