    oh my god!!!
after many attempts i have packed up again i stop often for a couple of years i never smoke during pregnancy (got 3 kids ) and never in the house. but i usually fall off the wagon for a couple of months then im a right cow until im over it .
anyway i feel different this time i got that alan carr book the easy way to stop smoking. i wasnt even planning to stop yet but i read it last night and felt happy enough to stop last night. have thought about fags today but dont really want one the psycology thing behind the book is totally different to anything ive read before and youre not even supposed to stop until you finish the book!im hoping my fella will read it also as hes fell off the wagon too! but hes not into books will have to leave it in the bathroom he might pick it up then!
    hope this helps

I stopped about 8 weeks ago and have hardly had any cravings at all since then. If I do get one I just deep breathe in some fresh air and tell myself how nice it is to have fresh air in my lungs.

  • Giving up smoking is easy... I've done it loads of times

I'm really struggling too, at the moment I'm trying just to cut down ie rather than having two on the way to work only having one etc. I think I've gone down from 140ish per week to 60ish per week which is a start. Force of habit is the problem!!

Also I have no willpower... I don't want to quit that much :(
