DOH! Just rang them and of course you can't buy 2 for a king size!
It works on the mattress, so you both have to be up or down.

It looks like a good idea, but beware is it could damage some types of mattress, as many are not designed to be bent.
Also the bit at the bottom of the page about VAT exemption doesn't just apply to "any order by an individual with a disability", as it would only apply to a disability that would be helped by the product. This actually applies to many products.0
