Excellent find, I am already registered with them so stressing about ringing them. But just rang them and spoke to the nicest lady 'ever', not a problem already registered, just asked name, address and due date and then said its on its way, best of luck with the pregnancy!

Oh My! how fantastic was she! I told her I was applying for a friend, and explained a little about complications she is having at the moment. She told me exactly what her GP and midwife should have given her (free books, leaflets etc) and she said she would send some extra ones to me to give to her too!
Right, am off to send them an email to compliment their CS .... doh! forgot to get her name :rolleyes:
